Paragon developed this line of poppers by incorporating its trademark Theater Pop design. We then replaced all painted parts with commercial gage stainless steel and added lighted switches to provide improved ease-of-use. Finally, simple functional labeling was used, highlighted by stainless steel signature-style model labels. The result is a durable, attractive machine that will complement many home and office environments or offer commercial users the best in long-term durability. Each full-featured machine pops delicious, theater-quality popcorn in 3-5 minutes, is easy to use and easy to maintain. This popcorn machine creates 147 one ounce servings per hour for maximum output, and its spring-assisted kettle makes it easy to unload popcorn when it's done cooking. Its two-switch operation lets you effortlessly operate the machine. The aerated warming deck keeps your food warm while catching kernels and smaller bits for easy cleaning.

we absolutely love this popper!!!! it heats fast, pops kernels to perfection and tastes wonderful! I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and Paragon is one the best in the Popcorn/Carnival Vending industry. The stuff is all made here, (Iowa in fact) the customer service for Paragon is fantastic. If you have any questions on any of their products, they are happy to help. This is considered commercial, so the warranty on parts is not Lifetime, but if you buy a standard/non commercial the parts are lifetime. Pretty awesome!

Beware of Shipping Issues

The popper is exactly what we need. I've used paragon poppers in the past and they are really fast and convenient.

However, the shipping box for this popper is TOO THIN. The box was torn and basically falling apart. Inside, there was protective foam on the corners, but everything else (glass sides) was unprotected. The first attempt at shipping resulted in the UPS driver sending it back because of damage. The second attempt made it to me, but the box was all but destroyed. The plexiglass door of the popper was under tension and bowed...nearly breaking it. The stainless steel door at the bottom was wedged and bent. I had trouble getting it out. I just hope there was no unseen damage. I'll update later on how this popper performs.

One note on quality--one of the plexiglass doors was not hung properly. It was not parallel to the other door. While it opens and closes, it doesn't look good. The handle barely lines up with the magnet that holds the door shut.

Something needs to be done about the packaging on this device. Such delays for shipping issues could create problems for those on a deadline.

Bought this to use at a small school. Works great and can make enough popcorn for 100 kids in about an hour. Kernels pop very well. Machine is built to be durable. Is light enough to carry from place to place at the school (about 50 lbs or so). The only problem is that the smell distracts the kids at school during school time, oh well, that's a good problem to have. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.
