About the Author
Wendy Meg Siegel is the creator of "The Gratitude Habit: a 365 day journal and workbook." She is a mixed media artist with a passion for gratitude, who has raised a grateful daughter, now in college. Wendy has a long history of journaling since childhood, keeping multiple types of journals at any one time.
