What I did take away from this book that is relevant is that we need to treat children with respect and love, even when they push our buttons. Never a bad thing of which to be reminded. I just cannot get behind the no schooling and letting kids completely control all aspects of their own lives. I much prefer the philosophy of protecting their innocence, not letting them decide what they can handle. There are many other books that do a better job of reminding us to respect and treat our children with love.
Well-written and refreshingly honest, this is a quick and engaging read.
