This book is aimed towards educators or parents who's children are bullies to help them understand bullying. It is short and concise and would be a quick go-to guide for that audience. I wanted to prepare my child for potential situations with bullies and how to handle the bullying situation and it was not helpful at all. It does not provide any guidance or advice for the child being bullied.

Parent's Guide to Preventing and Responding to Bullying was a huge help to me recently. My son told me of a kid in his class who was constantly picked on because of his small size. My son (quite tall) would stand up for him and tell him to tell his Mom to report it. When we bumped into them after school, I shared some of the information that I had learned from this book with her about who to contact in a situation like her son's and shared that there are certain legal rights that apply to these situations. I am thankful that this information is so readily available to educate parents and students alike. Stop the Bullying Now!

A friend recommended this book to me, and I had a great experience with it. My child had been reporting some troubling situations at school regarding bullying, and I did not know what to do. If you are a parent, teacher, or someone who works with children, I recommend reading this book.

As a camp counselor and a school advocate, I've seen bullying first hand. Children must be taught the proper way to handle confrontations and bullying, and this book provides helpful strategies and tips to achieve this.

I have three teenagers and this book was invaluable for all of us. Sometimes in today's society it's hard for parents to know exactly how to help their children respond and resolve an issue with someone bullying them and making their lives miserable. Aside from contacting the school we as parents need to know who else we can contact, who's going to help us help our children. This book gives fantastic advise on how to deal with certain situations and were we as parents can look for help, it's packed with advise to help our children cope with solving difficult situations.

I purchased this book for my parents because I noticed that my younger brother was being bullied by his classmates (high school age). He was definitely afraid to be honest with them, but this book allowed an open conversation between both him and my parents. This book offers many solutions and helpful hints to parents in regards to the unfortunate, but prevalent, occurrences of bulling in schools.

I read this book as a teacher and found the information to be helpful to me both as a parent and a teacher. Many students bully and do not realize that what they are doing is bullying, until someone calls their attention to the behavior and how it wrong. It is a shame that bullying behaviors are so much a part of our culture that we can no longer recognize bullying when it is occurring!

In our society we are surrounded by rules and regulations that prevent us being bullied / harrassed at work, this book puts the childs perspective across clearly, and deals, sensitively with how you can stop your child being bullied at school - there's nothign more important than that in life and this book is an invaluable tool.

It is well written and clear in it's guidance. Very happy with my purchase (which was speedily received)
