Park Tool CBW wrenches are small, handy, nickel-plated wrenches designed for use on brakes, derailleurs, and any other component with small fasteners on a bicycle. Nominally 1/8" (3.2mm) thick for ease of access to brakes and other hard-to-reach areas. Available with 8mm and 10mm (CBW-1) or 9mm and 10mm (CBW-4) open ends.

This is a solid wrench which fits the intended nuts very well. The packaging says it’s made in the USA which is a huge plus because many of the Park tools i’ve Purchased lately are from China. Only negative is the finish on the edges is poor — there are no burrs but the finish isn’t good.

Works and has the correct sizes of jaws. Finish quality is low, especially considering the cost. It could have been a better tool. It seems a bit thick for my application. I had to grind the thickness down, which means I could have bright a cheaper wrench if I had to grind it anyway.

not suitable for very much more than light torques. with an upper-medium amount giving the wrist a decent twist but still not really straining, it will strip, lose hold, and quite possibly damage the nut too

Nice spanner but a bit heavy for a carry along tool and a bit light for a workshop tool. I was hoping it would be the same thickness as the Park Tool cone spanners, a thin really strong material that would make great carrying tools in a smaller size.

There's not much you can say about a spanner but this is IMHO essential for a bike toolkit for travel. So many multi-tools come with closed end 8mm/10mm spanners or sockets which are totally useless for tightening brake hose ends or adjuster brake calipers. This spanner is just the thing for that and no more and saves having to carry two spanners.
