Product Description
Our founder started making what is now Parma! on her search to better health. She was super sensitive to food and many other things. When she cut dairy out of her diet, her health shifted considerably. She started making her cheese at that time. Everyone she made it for loved it so when she started her family, she saw a need in the market, and along with her sweet baby, Parma! was born.
Today she loves Parma! as much as she did then because it tastes good with it's cheesy, umami flavor, and it is also an excellent food source of vital nutrients -- it's considered a superfood because of how many nutrients you get in each bite.
