I don't think Christine (the author) did her research very well, and seemed to just finish up the end in a hurry without really thinking about it. I was so disappointed with the ending!
I was more than excited to read this last book, since the others were so excellent. This is a great last book, but I wish Christine would have thought the ending of this book through way more than she did.
I will be emailing her what I specifically have complaints about.
I will add I am continuing to read her other books, and her Parallel Trillogy Series is flipping 10 TIMES her excellence and talent she's shown in other books I've read! I won't let this specific book stop me from giving more of her books a chance. You can't judge this Author by just one book. Trust me. ;)
I purchased a copy of Pass Interference by Christine Kersey November 2, 2017 and this review was given freely.
The romance of defensive end Jax and widowed hair salon owner Autumn is the fourth of the Sacramento football based sweet romances. This Complex story is suspenseful and contains violence in the form of a stalker.
Autumn is such a hard nut to crack, so wary about opening her heart. I kept waiting for Jax to give up on her, but he was so patient and so devoted to her. The conflict (dont' worry, no spoilers here) was perfect and I could totally see both characters' side of the story. Sweet and suspenseful. I really enjoyed it!
