1) In a medium saucepan, combine water, milk, margarine or butter, pasta and Special Seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 2) Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 5 to 6 min. or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently. 3) Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes to thicken.
