    I wish these manufacturers would appreciate the importance of writing a coherent manual. It took me several minutes to figure out how to stabilize this. As it is, I don't have a really good place to do that. It sits awkwardly against a wall because nowhere else has enough counter lip to attach it well. That means the spaghetti sections aren't really useable for me, but the flat section works great. I made ravioli and got it almost to the thinness I wanted. Next time I think I will keep going. I read you can't overwork pasta dough. Good news.

    Love this. I’ve made so much pasta since I’ve received it. I will say it’s best to refrigerate the dough for a bit and roll it out by hand a bit before I put it through the pasta roller so it doesn’t tear apart. If I don’t it will tear and not come out in ONE PIECE. Other than that it’s freaking awesome. I love it!

    I’ve had a few pasta machines over the years and this is THE worst. Yes, you can make Lasagna noodles and that’s about it. Why?

    The cutting attachment does not cut through even a thin sheet of pasta. It makes nice grooves in the larger piece and that’s no great as you need to actually CUT Fettuccine and Linguine noodles and hang them to dry a bit. This attachment makes a lovely piece of grooved pasta art, and not pasta noodles. It is so poor at this job it would NOT work with art clay. It was too late to return it, so I tossed it in the garbage.

    Buy a different brand, as this was a waste of money. All is, of course my opinion after having used this item.
