Paramananda’s experience of moving from uncontrolled anxiety to peace is a real inspiration for my patients who experience the same thing. I guide them through the process he went through by showing them how to watch their mind, and let them discover the reality of the feeling. Then I like to put his book in their hands to continue to inspire them and help them grow.
If nothing else, you will laugh through this book due to the Bliss Boy’s unique way of looking at things. Mostly, you will have some ahas and perhaps recognize when you have been immersed in the Silence and follow your yearning for that which leads to freedom.
- Dr. Cheryl Kasdorf, ND
I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in experiencing peace.
