About Paul F.J. Aranas
Paul F.J. Aranas is a U.N. scholar and foreign policy analyst. He earned his Ph.D. magna cum laude in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Centre d'Etudes Diplomatiques et Strategiques (CEDS) in Paris. He also holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Oregon, an M.A. in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster- London, a certificate from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, and a Diploma with Distinction from the London School of Journalism. Dr. Aranas has taught in higher education and worked in politics as a staffer as well as a congressional candidate. He founded the International Law Education Group (ILEG), which he directed from 2010 until 2014. He has been welcomed to speak by educational institutions, forums, youth and community organizations, and to address foreign delegations at the World Affairs Council. He is a member of the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS).
