I like the way he also demonstrates exersises that you can do to help enhance your abilities. I have been looking for a DVD that is more like a class than an lecture, this DVD is it.
I have been using some of the exersises everyday to help me move forward.
He is lacking on mental preparedness. This seems to show based on how well (or poorly) the participants in the video do.
