I looked through one of the cookbooks and saw that cutting the fat was much easier, and tastier, than I thought it would be. The pictures of some of the recipes had my mouth watering!
A couple changes she made, which made a lot of sense to me, was to use Neufchatel rather than cream cheese. Neufchatel is readily available in most grocery stores and tastes pretty much the same as cream cheese, but with less calories. Also, instead of sour cream, she'll use Greek Yogurt, which also tastes great!
Leave it to Paula to make dieting fun and tasty!
Beautiful book and well written. Wish there were more pictures though because I love to see what I'll be making and how it will turn out.
there is no recipe nutrition value lists to anything, no calories, fat content per recipe which I find very annoying
and believe it should be in a cookbook.
