There have been many books written about the peace process, but this is the best. As in other books on this topic, David Rubin describes the ups and downs of the past 30 years of Israel's search for peace. What is rare about this book is that it clearly shows us why the peace process has failed and tells us how to get it back on track. While doing so, Rubin exposes the deceptions and the falsehoods that have caused endless strife between Israel and its neighbors. Peace for Peace is the definitive book about Israel as it faces its challenges in the new Middle East. I highly recommend it!

David Rubin's reasoned and most recent historical analysis of the survival of Israel focuses on the peace process between Israelis and Palestinians and explains why Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem and the Temple Mount can never be compromised. Rubin also explains how Palestinian terrorism, undergirded by radical Islamic theology, has affected the Israeli population, especially the children, while systematically derailing hopes for peace and attempting historical revisionism over documented facts. Most compelling is Rubin's vision for peace which he believes has the greatest legitimacy and chance for success.

In his newest book, Peace For Peace; Israel In The New Middle East, author and former Mayor of Shiloh, Israel, David Rubin writes an absorbingly well-researched and well-written history of Israel and their constant pursuit of peace throughout the ages and in the "New Middle East!"

Rubin presents a carefully balanced and comprehensive in scope analysis on Islam and exposes with a critical but not jaundiced eye, the violent tenants of Islam that continue to plague Israel's pursuit of true peace.

In a sea of misinformation David Rubin has single handedly in "Peace For Peace" given us the armamentarium we need to stand confidently with Israel, accurately understanding that true peace for Israel means true peace for the world.

I am a born-again Christian and Pastor-Teacher spanning the past forty-two years. I am a student of Judeo-Christian Scripture. I am a friend of Israel. Middle East peace will never occur under the following conditions: 1) a false perception of the circumstance; 2) a human solution that fails to consider the divinely inspired Torah with its revelation of the eternal nature of the nation of Israel and the designated parcel of real estate promised Israel by the God of all creation. Until now, the peace processes undertaken over the past several decades have produced nothing but broken agreements and increased hostility toward Israel as a nation. David Rubin has properly assessed the hostile world view toward Israel, the reasons for failed peace, and has provided a workable solution for Middle East peace. The question arises regarding whether Israeli leaders will get onboard with Rubin's plan, Peace for Peace. This book is a must read. I highly recommend it.

A very relevant book for the present time. Just a pity those who might make best use of it will probably not read it.
