My daughter wanted this for her room. Comes with lots of letters. So far so good no issues at all!! I would say the biggest pain was taking all the letters off the plastic. My daughter sure didn’t help with that and it took me a good hour to get them all off!! One thing to note is that it appears to be a lighter gray in the ad but it’s actually darker as I pictured which I don’t mind since the frame and letters are white it still has a nice bright feel!!

So I ordered this message board to have in my home office, but it was a bad choice, to start the color was not pastel pink, the felt was thin so you can see the color of the back board coming through also because the felt is not thick enough, it does NOT HOLD THE LETTERS TIGHT so that alone really is a fail. So I can not even use it to pin stuff in it cause the back board is not soft enough to take a tack. Had to repurpose it.

I think it’s pretty obvious I got a used product. The frame is detaching from the felt portion. Also two of the corners are significantly damaged, with large chunks coming off. The whole thing is falling apart. I’m really disappointed as I needed to use this this weekend and now have to go through the process of returning and finding another one.
