OK, as the first review I must say you will love it! I was very worried as there where no reviews yet posted on this product, but I kept coming back to this one as I reviewed others and debated the pros and cons. I wanted a pillow top, and the "bonded leather" caught my eye. First thing, it is vinyl, but a really nice grained, soft, not very sticky vinyl. So if you are OK with this read on!
The couch arrived on time, 45 minutes early to boot, the guys delivering it were very friendly and put it in my garage so I could assemble the unit that night. The box was sturdy, and only one corner showed some rub damage, but no holes or tears, great job getting it to me. The next thing was when I unpacked it, the couch was encased in that heavy cardboard box, but inside the couch is wrapped in a white bag, it was in absolutely perfect condition! Set up was ridiculously simple, 4 screws held the front leg assembly on and the back two legs simply screw into the frame, I feel they are very secure. One tip, hand thread all the front screws first then tighten with the wrench, it takes a little wiggling to find the threads, but it is not hard at all, and retighten the screws until they are all tight the same.
So I placed the couch in my small (10x10) room and first thing I noticed is that it did not smell bad. Most vinyl furniture has an odor when unpacked, this no had little to almost none after half an hour. The pillow top is very soft and you sink slightly into it when you sit on it, it is a short couch and is comfortable when you sit. The size (length) was perfect as I had a small area in which to fit it, I was pleased by my purchase!
That night, my wife started to snore (sorry dear), and I thought "try it out". I had not had a chance to test the lay down yet but the mechanism is strong and clicks like a heavy machine. It lays down perfect and I remembered all the reviews I had read And all the bad points people stated, this couch is firm on the ground and no chance of tipping I found, so I started to enjoy the experience!
The pillow top is great to lay on, the crease where the top and bottom meet is almost not noticeable (it will cause me no discomfort), the material was not very sticky (I will buy a top sheet today, but it is a quality material), and my 6'2" body (250lb) body fit perfect, only my front half of my foot hung over the edge and the padding is so soft it gave no pain or discomfort.
So I must say if you are considering this type of unit, this is a great one, the frame seams heavy, very little to no flex (no flex in up or down positions), nice covering with good graining in the cover, legs with rubber pads already installed (!), and a completely enclosed click mechanism so your hands can't get caught. A great product and perfect for us!

Very comfortable couch . Hesitated because of the lack of ratings but it looked pretty plush . Packaging was damaged when it arrived but fortunately no damage to the cushion .
Lengthwise it is a little short but since I am 5'1 , the converted bed just fits me right

I've waited months to review this. We got it for our grandsons playroom. They love it and it looks really nice. You could use this anywhere as it looks and is very good quality. It's very comfortable. They have slept on it many times.

We were looking for a smaller couch to put in our Den. When I first ordered there were maybe only 12 reviews. I was very skeptical, especially since this is a futon (my first futon). I've always been afraid of purchasing a futon due to the cheap quality, uncomfortable services and how bad they usually look compared to regular furniture. This piece is nothing like other futons. It doesn't really even look like a futon when standing in front of it. It is so soft and comfortable. Delivery was awesome (delivery team called to say they had cancellations and could deliver it early) and it took less than 10 minutes to get it out of the box and to put the legs on it. I'm 6ft tall and the tips of my toes hand off just a tad when laying down but nothing huge. And this thing can seat 3 people comfortably. Flat-out best futon out there.

I had this futon for less than a month (roughly four weeks) when some wooden part located within the futon suddenly broke as I was sitting on the futon and rendered it unusable. Now I’ll admit, I’m not small in stature and I am a football player who weighs around 245 pounds. However, I thought that this item would be capable of holding a person like myself who isn’t the lightest human being in the world and I could’ve sworn I read somewhere that this futon could hold 600lbs. Another issue I encountered was when I had unpacked the futon, I noticed that there was a medium sized cut on the seat of the futon, but I didn’t want to send it back and have to wait another couple of weeks for a new futon to be delivered.

I only gave this futon two stars because the futon was comfortable whenever I sat or slept on it. Also, the company is also shipping me a new futon, but if the same problem persists, I’ll just buy a new futon.

The pillows are very soft and comfortable. Chromed legs look really stylish. Back has 3 adjustable positions: straight (about 90 degrees), horizontal and middle (about 45 degrees), which is very comfortable, especially at night when you chill after work watching TV, surfing internet or reading a book. The only downside of this couch is faux leather. Your butt can literally get sweat after a while. That makes a smoothed impression. Well, and the second thing that may be surprising, is that amazon claims delivery will be in 1-2 weeks. In fact, I waited to my couch for almost 4 weeks and it was depressing.
