"I like how this book breaks down the difference between the paleo and the vegan diet and then how they are combined to create the PEGAN diet. I have been an advocate for the pegan diet before I even knew I wasn't the one who originally came up with the concept. I don't think it is a perfect diet because there are a few things I'd remove such as pork, but it is damn near the closest balanced/logical diet for overall health. This book is definitely a plethora of recipes. There is no shortage and they all seem pretty doable for any skill level. They're simple, "normal," meals you can make, nothing too "weird." Which is nice for the average Joe. I think that it's great that they also list the macros for each recipe!
