Collapsible and Lightweight
Pegasus folds easily and quickly into a form that’s made to be carried. And 30 lbs is light for a sawhorse. If you work in a lot of places, Pegasus is the table and sawhorse for you.
High Load Capacity
As a worktable, Pegasus can support up to 300 lbs, but folded down into a sawhorse, it can hold up to 1000 lbs. It may be light, but it’s engineered to be sturdy.
What is the Pegasus made out of?
Durable, molded ABS with steel supports and fittings.
What are the dimensions of the Pegasus?
Folded: 35" H x 25" W x 5" D
Open: Table Size - 31" x 25" Working Height - 32"
What is the clamp load? What is the clamping pressure or force?
The clamps can handle materials up to 18” in either a horizontal or a vertical position. The clamps can provide a maximum force of up to 300 lbs.
Is the Pegasus compatible with the Worx Clamping Sawhorses?
Yep. It’s the same height as both the Worx Clamping Sawhorse, and the Worx Sidekick. They all have the same joiners so you can lock a few together and create quite a functional worktable.
Does it come pre-assembled?
Yes. It’s designed to be compact and easy to store, so that makes it easy to ship, too. The Pegasus is ready to go right out of the box.

Take on your favorite projects in whole new way with the innovative WORX Pegasus. The Pegasus is a versatile work station that converts from a table to a sawhorse in seconds. It can be joined with other Pegasus tables to create a larger work surface and includes a dual clamping system to hold any object securely in place. As a worktable, the Pegasus offers a 31” x 25” surface capable of supporting up to 300 lbs.; the unique link-lock system ensures your Pegasus table will hold heavier materials without buckling or folding. Two quick-adjusting bar clamps slide along the built-in tabletop channels and act like a second set of hands to hold straight-edged materials in place for cutting, gluing, painting, varnishing and any other DIY tasks. Four holding pegs (we call ‘em clamp dogs) can be rearranged across the tabletop to secure rounded or irregularly shaped objects. You can also remove the clamps and simply fold down the sides of the Pegasus for a sturdy sawhorse that can support up to 1,000 lbs. In sawhorse mode, the Pegasus has indentation wells designed to help hold a standard 2x4 steady so you can work more safely and easily. The Pegasus’ compact and lightweight design means you can take it anywhere. A built-in lower shelf holds tools and a power strip to keep everything easily accessible, organized and out of the way. When you’re done for the day, the Pegasus folds flat for easy storage—perfect for those with a smaller workspace or garage. Whether you’re a DIY lover, a crafter, or a woodworker, the WORX Pegasus is the perfect companion for every project on your list. Collapsible workbench design

The ABS plastic is thick and feels durable. The stand is reinforced with aluminum which adds to the over structural integrity. The surface has little pockets where you can keep small items like screws or a pencil, so that's handy.
The clamping system works well. At first I thought it might be kind of cumbersome, and not as versatile as Kreg's offering. But after a short time positioning a 'U' shaped 2x4 structure for sanding, I'm impressed! I included some pictures that show the piece in a few different orientations using the included clamps and dogs. The wood was stable enough where I could use a random orbital sander on the edges and faces.
I like the on-board storage for everything. I don't think I'll move mine much, but it's nice to keep things together. That was something the Kreg Mobile Center lacked, which I found odd.
What I don't like about the Pegasus is that the underside of the wings don't have much of a flat spot for clamping the hand clamps to it in a vertical position. But to be fair, I haven't used it in this capacity much. It might not be that much of an issue.
Also, the lower folding shelf isn't especially sturdy, but neither are similar shelves on the Pegasus' competitors.
Overall I really like it. It's ready to go out of the box and gives you lots of options for handling material. And everything folds up in one compact unit if you want to store it or carry it from the garage to your house to do some work there.
Finally, there's a way to connect a power strip to the bottom of the Pegasus. I don't think I'll ever use that feature, but I can see how it could come in handy.
I hope this was helpful! I'll likely be giving my Black and Decker Workmate to Goodwill since this is just superior to it.
As you can see from my photo, the Pegasus has been put to heavy use. I have my Hitachi miter saw sitting on top, with a battery-powered circular saw and framing nailer on the bottom shelf (it does bend at the hinges a bit, but supports the weight okay).
I appreciate the many thoughtful ergonomic touches Worx has designed into this product, such as aluminum bar clamp rails, depressions along each side for screws, pencils, drill bits, etc. and built-in storage for the 2 supplied bar clamps. There is also a spot to attach a power strip with zip ties, which I will be doing very soon.
I do have a few criticisms: The table could be a bit taller (I have chronic back pain); perhaps Worx will introduce a model that is height-adjustable at some point in the future. In addition, one of the clamps sticks (I'll be contacting Worx about that).
Minor gripes aside, I strongly recommend the Worx Pegasus. It is as good as advertised--and I haven't even bought the compatible Worx sawhorse set with clamps yet.
You are unlikely to gash your hand open on the edges - as one does after accidental brushes with Black and Decker's equivalent metal work bench.
1. You cannot clamp things to the surface with just any old clamp you have at home. The underside of the plastic surface is a waffle of reinforcing fins, and the usual spring clamp has no surface to grip. Loses a point there.
2. Some tiny, tiny screws on the underside (that bolt the sliver kickers to the underside of the surface) are measly. They will certainly be the weak link in this design, and I expect them to break first. A bit cynical to switch to an el cheapo detail like that, just because it's out of sight (as with item 1). My review will revise down if those screws fail in the coming weeks / months / years.
3. No... although they look similar, your Black and Decker dogs/pegs (the orange bezels) will not fit in these holes. These holes are just a little smaller. Any aftermarket gadget designed to fit the holes in a Black and Deck bench, is probably too big to use with this Worx item. Frustrating.
That said, there are some glaring problems...
The clamps are just about worthless. The rubber clamping surfaces allow for too much wiggle if you clamp too lightly. Or if you clamp down tightly, whatever you're clamping will likely want to twist from the uneven clamping force. If you plan to hold a piece very stable against this work table while sawing, you'll want a different set of clamps. Which is another problem, because the awkward shape of the edges means you'll be searching for a clean/secure location just to secure your work piece.
The surface is not flat. I don't know if I'm silly for expecting it to be, but it really doesn't even approximate flat. If you're expecting to do any joinery on this, you're in for a bit of a struggle. If you're thinking of doing an glue-up of a table top, especially, it is definitely not happening.
A word of clarification, the Amazon listing states country of origin USA, that is incorrect, it's made in China. I really wish Amazon would work on more accurate information in their listings.

Holds my projects nicely, is it as stable as other brands, I have to say yes but keep in mind the table size and project dimension when using this.
I"m going to purchase a second unit as I can connect them together and I believe there are other brands that allow this as well but I've got many other worx items and trust the brand.
I have a funny story involving these. I was doing my garage project and had improperly stacked 12 5/8 inch 4x8 sheets against the wall in garage. While installing wall plugs I heard a big boom. I had the garage door open and had a wind gust come through and all the sheets fell right on the corner of this bench. Yes it damaged the bench and I won't even ask for warranty but half the bench is still function. It broke one the legs. The force of that would have killed me or flattened any other bench if it wasn't made of steel. VERY TOUGH. I bought another one to replace it the next day.
Pros: Excelente si tus herramientas son eléctricas y puedes gastar en un nuevo juego de prensas. Se guarda fácilmente es ligera y resistente.
The table has also small spaces where you can leave tool attachments or small hardware, which is really nice.
Can be stored while it is folded, which also a space saver.
Very easy to fold up and move around if need and very sturdy. I also love that there's a little area underneath where I can put some of my accessories like clamps, gloves, protective glasses, etc....
Se arma y se desarma con mucha facilidad y se siente muy robusto y estable
Muy contento con la compra
