Each blanket has a Pendleton label signifying their authenticity and a special woven label with the park name and image of an important natural feature. Like all our blankets they are woven in our own Northwest woolen mill. 100% pure virgin wool. Dry Clean. Made in the USA.

This blanket is woven and dyed in the style of a Hudson Bay point blanket, but is quite different from a made-in-England certified Hudson Bay blanket. The made in England Hudson Bay blankets are coarser woven with rougher wool, thicker, heavier, and somewhat warmer than this Pendleton blanket. There are cosmetic difference in the width and color of the stripes as well. The Pendleton blanket is certainly not an inferior knock-off, but it is slightly lighter, finer, and less rugged than a Hudson Bay blanket.
For the price I paid, around two hundred dollars, this was an incredible bargain.
