The main reason for buying this book myself was Blaise Pascal, He is very respected among believers and non-believers. So the content is worth it, not necessarily because it is something ‘new’ or above what you could find from other men in history but because you are able to quote someone as trustworthy as him. These are his notes he put together planning to write a book in defense of the reasonableness of Christianity, it was intended to be an overall defense even against those who believed differently than him within Christianity. Love pascal but possibly the ‘Penguins Classic’ of this book would have a more reader friendly layout and text.
One downfall is the editor didn’t attempt to include a table of contents in the beginning
