Michael Caster is a human rights advocate and researcher. He is a co-founder of, and senior advisor for, Safeguard Defenders. He holds a Master’s in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Utrecht and a Masters of Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
