Wish I had not purchased and plan to call the manufacturer. I am concerned about the lack of expiration date on the package that I just received, especially because the package looks old. The bottom of the box is printed with labels for a LOT number and an EXPiration date. But there is no information there! I am concerned that this is a counterfeit product.

I am pretty skeptical about medicine in general. I never really felt like tums helped much. Most of the time I take aspirin and it doesn’t seem to help. However, I’ve been getting sulfur/egg burp with stomach pain and other runny issues on and off for years. Without getting into too much more detail, it gets really really bad. I pop two of these then one a while later and what would have been a miserable 24-48 hours almost completely vanishes or becomes very manageable.
I always make sure I have these handy. They are amazing. I wish I turned to them sooner before going through all that suffering.

I am a pre school teacher that gets bad IBS. I take peppermint and ginger for my stomach. I also take these because these do seem to soothe gas, etc in my stomach and I don’t have to worry about being embarrassed at work.

I bought a box to keep in my travel first aid kit.
The chewable tablets are lighter and more convenient to carry than the liquid.
Tastes minty and wasn’t too bad to swallow.
Sometimes certain food will upset my stomach. I usually take two tablets for diarrhea, it works well every time. On rare occasions, I take two doses, and it usually solves the problem.
This is a necessity when traveling, especially with the current covid 19 pandemic. You really don’t want to use public bathrooms if you’re on the road, if you can help it.

This stuff tastes like crap (hey, it's pepto), but it works great, and ordering it here is even cheaper than brick and mortar stores. Also, it's better than liquid because I can grind one tablet into powder and mix it with my dog's food when he has diarrhea (it is approved by my vet). Way easier than forcing a syringe of liquid down his throat

Have been using the Pepto Bismol chewables for years. It is a good product. It works as advertised in relieving indigestion, heartburn and other digestive issues. The tablets are very easy-to-use and chewable. Taste is bearable which is all you need.
Very easy to store and carry with you. Each tablet is individually wrapped in sleeves of six.
Pink pieces do attach to teeth and gums for awhile because of the chalky texture. Be sure to rinse your mouth after using.

The box came opened... Not sure if it was due to the packaging (being in a box with other items purchased) or what. I counted all 48 tablets were there and doesn't seem to be any holes or damage... However these are my go to for any stomach/gas/nausea related problems as they are easy to chew and fairly fast acting.
