"This is an exhilarating book. Cathy Salit shows how we can make ourselves more effective in our relationships with others not by adopting a set of slogans or rigid formulas but by activating the basic human capacity to learn through play, from the outside in, by performing the kind of person we wish to be. You are not a prisoner of who you are or of who you think you are. That, in itself, is extremely empowering.
Cathy gives practical advices to literally extract yourself from this persona you might feel stuck with and give you an opportunity to become a bigger, better, different 'you.' Well, almost... YOU will have to work for it...
I wish I could work days with Cathy to become a better person. Oh, and I can't wait to try improv!
Thanks a lot Cathy! :)
