I took a 1/4 cup of the mix and mixed 6 tablespoons of water then poured into a cup and microwave on high for 2 minutes. I topped mine with a drizzle of syrup and a handful of pecans. Anything you want on your pancake is possible!! Get some coffee and grab a pancake in a cup... relax. Enjoy!

For “protein pancakes” these taste pretty good. They’re fluffy, and they’re NOT dry at all. Overall flavor: 8 out of 10.
My problem is with the serving size. I used a food scale, measured out 50g (which is supposed to be 1/2 cup)....50g of this is NOT 1/2 cup. It’s actually closer to 1/4 cup..which isn’t much per serving and will leave you feeling hungry if you go according to the recommended serving. When I measured out 1/2 a cup, that comes out to 66grams of pancake mix. That means you’re consuming 238 calories instead of the 180 calories you think you’re eating. That’s 58 more calories. So if you’re trying to watch your calories, I’d suggest getting a food scale, because the nutrition facts are WRONG and misleading on the packaging.
