It was after a few of her newsletters that I really understood Kristina's process to growth. It's very different than others, but Kristina's method really builds up a strong foundation in an individual by first solving the deep issues then growing from there.

I highly recommend everyone to sign up for her newsletter first, then get this book if you are ready for it. Kristina is really unique and I am very grateful she is out there.
