She successfully encourages the reader to use a journal to help him deal with his or her own health issues, even providing examples of what to include. I especially appreciated the section entitled: Journal for Happiness and Well-being. It emphasized to me that this journal could be used to monitor overall fitness for a healthy lifestyle. So whether you are dealing with serious health issues, or simply wish to maintain good health while being alert to potential problems, you need this book.
A beautiful feature is the inclusion of your own personal journal. There will be no need to buy a separate one. Literally everything you need for health monitoring is included in this book. I highly recommend it's contents.
