Author of ACHIEVE: Find Out Who You Are, What You Really Want, And How To Make It Happen

At first I thought there was a lot to absorb, but the author did a great job of breaking it down. The book focuses on 3 skills that help with all decision making and problem solving. Without spoiling it for you, I absolutely loved the first skill and just never thought of using it that way. All three skills are also demonstrated with case studies which I found really helped solidify my understanding.
One of my favorite lines from early in was: "the way you phrase the problem creates the solution or invites failure". I'm way more careful how I phrase things now, but I'm also great at using Skill No.1 to get me out of a pickle.
