I particularly appreciate the fact that the authors include sections about biologically toxic energies such as non-native EMFs - an enormously under-recognized threat of our modern age. All disease starts in the energy body before manifesting physically.
Lastly, in addition to all of the excellent information given, the writing is exceptional - clear, concise, and illustrative - never dull, and a joy to read. I've ordered three copies to share with friends, and I will probably be ordering more!

The book gives many suggestions and solutions and above all teaches how to be confident on your way to Natural Health, by using your own Intuition as a resource for your best health, longevity and well being.
I am a dedicated reader of the authors following them for long time. I do trust them completely, because they both have many years of experience as teachers and Dowsers, very known and much appreciated in the world for their work, knowledge, professionalism, dedication and humbleness. Maggie has two degrees in biology, she was a scientific researcher at NASA and together with Nigel are successful energy workers and dowsers.
The book is a mind opening and an easy guide to the way we can accomplish the life we wish and deserve. You will learn how to feel good in your body, having Energy for all you want to accomplish, remembering well, how to make your food with love and enjoy it and above all about trusting your own intuition and Love yourself!
Starting with easy steps like drinking water as much as possible, walking for the lymphatic drainage, fresh air and sunlight for the best of your entire being, sleeping well and the huge importance of your own beliefs, the book becomes your friend, who takes your hand and kindly shares all that he possibly can and knows. You will discover and have many AHA moments, like the real cause of food allergies and indigestion, body harmony and choices and nevertheless about the gut, our second brain, that should be our starting point in building the best of health.
The importance of our Intuition, the greatest tool for reaching best results, our brain cannot reach and how to accomplish it is a favored part.
