Why use a pet stroller?
Pet strollers are used for a variety of reasons. They help avoid stress on your pet's body if they are having trouble walking due to joint pain, arthritis, or recent surgery. Strollers also function as a crate on wheels. Wherever you go, your pet, whether it be a dog, cat, furry (or not so furry) friend, will be able to keep you company while remaining safely contained inside the stroller.
What is NO-ZIP?
NO-ZIP is the most innovative feature in pet strollers today! All strollers with the NO-ZIP feature have an easy-locking latch instead of a zippered closure. No zippers means no hassle, when trying to open and close the stroller. NO-ZIP technology allows you to easily gain access to your pet without fumbling with zippers!
Do I need Air Ride?
If you plan on jogging with your pet, taking your pet on long walks or to locations with rough terrain, the type of wheels on the stroller is a key factor to consider. The recommended tire type for any of the previously mentioned activities is Air Ride. Air Ride tires add extra comfort for your pet and provide an effortless stroll. With Air Ride you will also be able to lock the front wheel. This aids in stabilizing the stroller when jogging or traveling over rough terrain.
How do I select the best fit?
Please refer to the comparison chart below (Interior Dimensions / Pet Cabin Size) when selecting your stroller. If you are wondering if your pet(s) will fit in a certain stroller, a good visual guide (especially if you intend to use the stroller for more than one pet) is to take a towel and fold it to the same interior dimensions (length and width) as the stroller. Then, place your pet(s) on the towel to make sure they will fit within the space comfortably. You should also measure the height of your pet when sitting to make sure they are at least 4 inch less than the interior height dimension listed for extra comfort.

July 16, 2013 update:
I continue to LOVE this stroller. The wheels are just fine. They have enough "bounce" to withstand a few big root bumps along the walking paths in our village, and can make it over curbs and up and down several short sets of stairs throughout the village. Roma loves riding in it when she's tired, and it has allowed us to get out for longer, and to allow me to push her to walk a little further, so she's actually building stamina (as am I). As predicted, she does poke her head out the top on occasion. She also curls up inside and watches the view out the front screen.
The brakes are useful and easy to manipulate. They hold the cart still so Roma can jump in and out, or, if needed, so I can help lift her in. I suspect that either the design has changed since those earlier reviews saying the wheels jammed OR that the reviewer did not take the brake off completely. The wheels work fine for us. If they drag, then I check the brakes and release them. End of story.
The front wheels swivel, and it is very easy to maneuver around corners and obstacles.
I love the height of the handle bar. I'm 5'6" tall, and it's actually a smidge taller than the minimum I had hoped for, and I can see that a taller person would also be comfortable using this stroller. I'm also enjoying the added workout I get from pushing a tired dog in the cart up a hill on the last leg of our walk. That means I'm pushing about 70 lbs on wheels. The handle bar and the maneuverability makes this an easy task.
At this point in ownership, I would highly recommend this stroller to anyone with a 60 lb dog. After using it, I suspect it would suffice for a heavier dog, too.
I got it fairly quickly and my husband put it together without any trouble. Now to get her into the stroller. I just left it sitting in the family room for 2 days so she would become familiar with it. The goofball cats went in it right away, figures... maybe they can all go for a walk? My dog warmed up to it on the second day and had to sit in it to see why the cats thought it was so great.
Long story short, it's been life changing for her. All the new smells, all the new things to look at and a great park down the street! Finally, she's exploring her neighborhood like any dog should and I'm thrilled beyond words! Yeah it looks a little nutty to be pushing a dog in a huge stroller but I got over that pretty fast, so did my husband who thought I finally lost my mind. He loves it too! Thanks so much!
