I was looking for a smaller crate and one that would double as an travel crate for my 60lb coonhound/cur mix. In my error, I grossly underestimated her size and chose the 36in. Definitely my mistake there as she stands 25" from floor to shoulder and I stupidly went off the weight alone.
That aside, the package (43lbs) came quickly and well-packaged. I liked that it has wheels and a softshell carrying case. It also comes with a soft, fuzzy but thin crate pad and instructions that could have used better photocopying. Setting it up solo had me finding it all a bit clunky. It's foldability is set up nicely, but in practice can be frustrating when the side walls that the heavy top sets on falls down repeatedly. The neato garage-door would then fall out when you try to set it down to pick the sides up and I had it fall out on my toes which wasn't particularly pleasant. It's easy enough to figure out, though, when everything aligns. The clasps are difficult to maneuver if one's thumb is not terribly strong or is arthritic, plus, if you needed to get to your closed-in pet with any speed, it wouldn't happen. Overall when all walls are set up and clasps in place, it's more sturdy, but using the garage-door function limits that stability. Even with it down, I would not recommend for any dog that would try to escape or is a chewer. Wouldn't hold, in my opinion, or the dog might get its head stuck trying to get out which could be tragic. I personally fail to see why the top needs a door as it seems like just another escape route/weak point, but I repeat that the clasps are not finger-friendly.
I ended up returning it as I just simply could not bring myself to like/trust it enough to give to someone with a smaller dog or saving it for when I inevitably get a second dog myself.
Pros: portable, wheels, foldable, garage-door, multi-door, comes with crate pad, relatively lightweight
Cons: sturdiness, difficult clasps, clunky, slippery bottom with included pad

We got this kennel for our lab when he was about 4 months old. He loves to hang out in it and we like the garage door style so he can go in and out. We've been practicing having him stay in it for 30-60 minutes at a time and he's been happy enough and curls up and takes a nap. But now that he's 10 months old he has completely destroyed it in a matter of minutes. Several weekends ago we tried to leave him to go to dinner. He pushed on the door and chewed the plastic until he popped the latches and squeezed out after an hour. (We had a camera on him to check how he was doing). It was the first time he ever tried to get out of it. Just now I put him in while we went to shovel snow and within 10 minutes he had popped the latches and one is now completely pulled out of the plastic base and destroyed. Now that he knows he can escape he just pushes on it until it lets him out. Really sad that we're going to have to find a different solution. I was a little hesitant to buy this one because of all the plastic parts and I guess I should have followed that instinct. Maybe ok for tiny dogs, but not for an 80 lb lab for sure.
