It would be 5 star if the tops actually snapped in place. As others reported they are easy to pop off. Im going to place these within a heavy fir tree which solves the problem for me. But if out in the open, a nut/bolt or gorilla glue would be good to hold it in one piece.
Although I managed to get the rain out, it's an ice box in the winter. The walls are super thin, and the opening is quit large so it doesn't keep the wind out. But this year, I've found a solution. I spent a good 5 hours cutting up insulation and putting it against all the inside walls. My cat seems much cozier and the inside of the house is way warmer.
