The PetsN’All Portable Electronic Dog Repeller with LED Flashlight is a convenient, handheld personal security device and dog trainer that uses the power of advanced ultrasonic technology to manage dog behavior and provide personal protection.
Simply press the button if you are being approached by an aggressive or barking dog. The dog will be repelled by the annoying and confusing ultrasonic sound. In case of emergency, press the alarm button to attract the attention of other people or scare away a potential attacker.
The ultrasonic function can also be used to train your dog not to engage in annoying behaviors such as barking, chewing on furniture, jumping on guests, or digging holes. Every time you observe the behavior, press the ultrasonic button and the dog will soon learn to avoid the ultrasonic by behaving.
- Harmless and humane ultrasonic to deter dogs from annoying and aggressive behaviors
- Audible alarm to attract help and deter human attackers
- Lightweight and portable handheld device
- Works up to 50 feet
- Requires 9 volt battery (NOT INCLUDED)
- LED flashlight also functions as battery indicator
How It Works
Ultrasonic technology is high-pitched sound that only animals can hear. Silent to humans, it’s very annoying yet harmless to pets who will soon learn to associate the sound with their undesirable behavior like barking, jumping on furniture or chewing on your belongings. Apply the ultrasonic consistently to let your dog know what you want them to stop doing.
Joggers and walkers can use ultrasonic to deter aggressive or threatening dogs. Press the ultrasonic button and the dog will become frightened and intimidated. The device also has an audible alarm to attract attention and scare away any attacking or harassing people.
Top Customer Reviews
Once pointed in the direction of the dogs, the PetsN’all Portable Electronic Dog Repeller gets the barking to stop in seconds. Even the half crazed small breed dogs surrender to the Sonic blast.
The device has a handy lanyard so, it's comfortable to hold. It works on a single 9V battery and is simple to operate - two press and hold switches ultrasonic (to stop the barking) and audible (to use as a dog trainer). There is also a small LED flashlight powered by an on off switch. The LED light is tiny though ... good for finding keyholes in the dark. I use mine to test the battery level.

NOTE: The Electronic Dog Repeller range is diminished greatly when trying to operate through screen windows ... so I just open the door and blast away! :)
I'll update my review about the device battery life, longevity and, of course, how effective it is as a bark control device for a quartet of half crazed small dogs and one monster dog that is the instigator of the neighborhood barking woes.
Hope my review and photos were helpful .,. Jeffrey A. (Jeff)
I was slowly going nuts, but did not want to use any type of a bark collar. The reviews for the PetsN'all Portable Electronic Dog Repeller and Dog Trainer product were somewhat mixed, but there were enough positive reviews for me to take a chance on it. Since none of our efforts to solve the problem had been successful, and I was getting close to begging my doctor for Prozac, I decided to give the DogTrainer a shot. I ordered 3 of them as I wanted one in each of the rooms where the barking normally takes place so I could make the corrections as quickly as possible. As I write this, I have had the dog trainers for 8 days. The afternoon I received them, I installed the 9-volt batteries and prepared for war. I was geared up to dig in, determined to stick in there for the long haul - maybe even months - to put an end to my girls' incessant barking.
An hour after I installed the batteries in the dog trainer, my first opportunity came. A neighbor’s cat dared to climb over our fence and invade our yard, and my faithful watchdogs frantically and loudly sounded the alarm. I grabbed the dog trainer and hit the audible button (it has two buttons, an audible and an ultrasonic), and firmly said, "No bark." All three of the little baby-faced darlings turned from their window, stopped barking and looked at me. They then looked at each other, turned back to the window and started barking again. I hit the audible button once more and ordered, "No bark." They turned and looked at me again, actually sort of stared, and, all three, in total silence, and without a whine, a yelp or a whimper, turned and walked away from the window. I imagined I could hear them saying, "Barking? You heard barking? Really? It wasn’t me. It couldn’t have been me. I am sure I didn't bark." Anyone seeing the surprised looks on the girls' little faces when they heard the sound from the dog trainer would have laughed. I do not know what that particular sound does, but it gets their attention. I was expecting some kind of loud siren sound, but it is just a little chirp
I look forward to using the dog trainer to help me condition the girls not to jump on visitors especially, our little needy dog, Gracie. Of course, the dogs jump and do that "pet me, pet me, pet me" thing because, heaven only knows, they get absolutely no petting and affection from mommy and daddy. I can see that stopping the dogs from jumping on visitors is going to take longer to accomplish than stopping them from barking. That could be because we do not have nearly as many visitors knocking on our door as we have cats jumping over our fence. I am confident, however, that my consistent use of the dog trainer to help eliminate the girls’ jumping habit will have the same happy results as when I used it for the barking problem. By the way, their reason for barking is not limited to cats – it also includes leaves falling, UPS and FedEx trucks, the water-meter reader, a kid on a bicycle, a shadow, a light reflected in a window, and some middle-of-the-night sounds that I cannot even begin to hear but that I am sure are very, very bark worthy.
I think it would be premature to assume that after only 8 days, we have a 100% permanent cure for the barking, but an atmosphere resembling peace and quiet now reigns at my house. To the surprise of no one in our family, Gracie, our little wild child and mayhem instigator, sometimes finds it difficult to adhere to the "No Bark Rule", and she falls off the bark wagon. However, one reinforcing chirp from the dog trainer stops Gracie cold - in mid bark. Just seeing me pick up the trainer will get Gracie’s attention, and she will quickly find a less noisy activity with which to occupy herself.
I read in the reviews where some dogs paid no attention to either the audible or the ultrasonic sounds. Maybe our ringleader, Gracie, and her partners in crime, Aggie and Katie, are just more sensitive to the Dog Trainer’s chirping sound than some dogs. I really feel very positive that if the barking problem at my house is not already conquered, it is now well under control thanks to the PetsN'all Portable Electronic Dog Repeller and Dog Trainer.
