I love the Petzicam cam!!! It gives me comfort when I am away. My only suggestion is reworking the treat dispenser. My smart Dachshund knows how to get in and eat all of the treats!

I got this last July because I had been eyeing it since it was on Kickstarter. I'm obsessed with my 8-year-old cat Fifi and already had a webcam for her. However, the idea of being able to communicate with her and give her treats while I was at work was too awesome to pass up. The idea is definitely solid. Unfortunately, my kitty is a little skittish and didn't respond too well to the noisy nature of this product. It makes a noise when it comes on, when the camera moves, and when it's going to launch treats. This might be awesome for a dog but didn't seem to impress my kitty. She did come and eat the treats a little while after they were launched though. I included some pictures that I took with the Petzi camera so you can check out the quality of the images (also not so great, but well enough if your pet interacts with the camera). All in all, I think this is a solid concept that needs some work in the quality department, especially for the price tag, even though some competitors cost as much as twice this much (something that initially urged my purchase in the first place... thought I was getting a great deal).

I got this for my sister, so she could keep in touch with he baby girl (AmStaff Mix) when she travels. It was okay, but not worth the money. Picture was eh quality. For the price it should give two was speakers. Overall, just not impressed for the cost.

Treats shoot out twice sometimes. Voice doesn't work consistently even though it is RIGHT next to our router/Internet. Works better with androids not well with Apple phones (my husband has) Even with these defects it is wonderful to be able to check in on them while we are gone. Between this treat cam, a fake grass tank potty mat, IQ treat balls and toys, chew toys, raw hides, ifetch, and their auto refilling food and water containers they are safe, and provided for. :-) And of course a friend to check in on them.

The ABSOLUTE best invention for pet lovers/owners! I cannot get enough of this camera, and all the features are great! The treat dispenser helped to make my dogs more comfortable with this weird box that projected my voice. I can take pictures of them listening to me talk through the camera, which is a great way to remember how far technology has come. They truly enjoy it, and so do I! I would HIGHLY recommend!

The deciding factor for me to buy this over the cube was the comments about the customer service. Within the first few days my video became very pixelated. I contacted customer service and was responded to that same day. It was fixed pretty quickly. AND add to the fact that they are constantly making updates was also a huge plus for me.
The cam comes with free dog teats FYI. I have a cat so I didn't need them. But any treat no larger than an inch works fine. After giving my cat a few treats from the camera, she now jumps over to the cam whenever I turn it on! Great buy!

I love this camera so as my baby girl.
I have purchased a pet camera from another company but that did not work well for me. However, so far I do not have issue on this camera. it works very well. Treat dispenser is awesome. My girl runs to the camera as soon as I open it. I strongly recommend this product.

Okay need to retract my previouse review.
I was having video problems due to mynown crappy internet.That has since been fixed.
The product it self is amazing, works well and is a must buy to keep and on you fur babies while you are gone.
The most impressive thing I have found is the customer support. I sent an email regarding the video and had two responses and a phone call withing 24 hours to help me diagnose and remedy the issue. Very impressed with the tech support!
Only Con is the device can be loud when starting upnor diapensing treats, I have shelter dogs who are very skittish, so initially the sound it makes when shooting out a treat scared them, but they are getting over it.

I LOVE being able to check on my dog while I'm at work, the peace of mind is so worth this product. Also, the option of interacting with them while you're away makes it extra super cool. The app is super user-friendly, and the camera is pretty decent quality. The audio can be a little spotty and the cookie dispensing feature is a bit loud sort of launches the cookies which was a little startling for my pup and cause her to run away from the unit, but she got in the habit of coming back to find the cookie.
