BUT, I can only give two stars (for appearance only) for the soap dispenser. Read it was a problem, and it is. It is an annoying nuisance as each time it is even barely used it drips soap into the sink leaving a constant puddle. I'd take it out and do without, but there would be an ugly hole left. So, once empty, I will discontinue to use it and it will just be a part of the decor. Kind of disappointed as my old one never had this problem. Maybe someday they will redesign it and send me a new one? With their reputation as a dependable company, I'm surprised they haven't fixed the problem yet since it is a constant complaint from so many. So just beware............if you buy it, it will drip.
As for the soap dispenser, it's pretty useless, you have to pump quite a few times to get anything - the one I replaced would dispense right away, wish I hadn't thrown that one out, though this one is pretty (useless but pretty). When you have your hands full, juggling, you want soap now, not 8 pumps from now.
This one also has a bit of a drip, you have to reset the handle 'just right' to avoid it, I hope it doesn't get worse or I'll be pretty upset as that is why I replaced my old one in the first place. I haven't had a problem with retraction as some have posted - you do have to 'help' it retract all the way by pushing it into the receptacle but that's no big deal. The other issue is if you've got water on your hands (which you probably will) when you go to turn it off you're going to have a puddle around the base every time. On my granite counter I'm constantly wiping up said puddle, I'm not a fan of the off/on lever. Just a private annoyance.
Overall it's a stylish look, the switch from full stream to spray is convenient but there is hardly any water pressure to it. I am not thrilled with it. I suppose if you want high quality you need to go ahead and spend the money. For the price it was a fairly good deal but it's definitely not top of the line.
Looking back I wouldn't purchase a pull down faucet again, I'd go with the pull out - makes more sense for me and is less limited in scope. The only problem I had with the Delta was that horrid drip that came on after about 4 years and because of the type of faucet that it was the drip could not be fixed, it had to be replaced, that faucet was more expensive than this one.
