I already paid pro plumbers to install this faucet - now I have to hire a plumber repair it, too? Providing a dinky little, 100% plastic part certainly is not where the real COST of a defective part lies - it's in paying for the LABOR to repair the piece of junk. AND MY TIME - which is very valuable, despite Pfister's obvious opinion to the contrary. Obviously NO RESPECT OR REGARD FOR CUSTOMER.
Read the other reviews carefully - I'm not the only one who has had this problem. Apparently this crummy plaster cartridge shreds after little or no use, and must be replaced repeatedly. So, no, not happy to get a part that will fail again and again.
My PREMIER, DANZE, KRAUS & KOHLER faucets have all metal - steel & brass - parts & fittings... - with CERAMIC cartridges - . and have never had this problem with those.
How can anyone possibly defend this as "customer service." - or a "warranty"?? Furious
MY MISTAKE for buying a Pfister product. WILL NEVER buy a Pfister product again!Read more ›
UPDATE: Even though I still love the color and style of these faucets, and could not find anything to compare, I've had to have the plumber come out twice because of a leaky faucet. Both times he said the cartridge was "shredded", and the insides were all plastic. We have put out nearly $500 in plumbing repair bills plus having to purchase another set so we could have extra parts just in case, and are sick about it. I no longer recommend this product or company. I am wondering...those that have had similar problems, have you contacted the company and were they helpful to you? I really expected far better quality from Price-Pfister, and got plastic in return, plus costly repair bills. Terrible.

Very nice looking faucet, but I only gave it 4 stars because there is a gap between the handles and the base. This finish does not hide water spots.Published 10 months ago by Laura
