He has Trey, Jade, Drew and Jason all trying to protect him. They are all on his side.
Of course none of them really know what he plans because if they did they would stop him. In fact Jason would lock him up for his own good. Oh it would be a very comfortable prison, but a prison none the less. Braden has to plan it all on his own and hope none of them figure out what he's really trying to do.
It all hinges on the feud, Lucien and Grace. Its all about what he can do to put a stop to the feud and get rid of Lucien. To do that he has to get close to Grace. Grace who stole his witch eyes. Grace who hates Lucien and will do whatever it takes to kill him.
Braden also has to avoid Ben, the ghost who is doing his best to kill him. A fun time wasn't had by all.
Along the way he has to also watch out for Trey's Mother. She also has no use for Braden.
He's also dealing with his feeling for Trey. Trey who makes a deal with the devil to help him out. A deal Braden will do his best to get Trey out of.
We also have Jade who has some news for Drew. A Drew who will play a big part in Bradens plans.
This was one great read and I hope its not a trilogy. Just super. Five Stars and then some.

was full of nail-biting, edge of your seat tension
What he had to go through in the lighthouse to get his magic eyes back from Grace made me cringe in sympathetic pain.
The required "sacrifice" he had to perform in order to gain access to the lighthouse made me cry. I thought, no! Braedon, how could you?
The ending itself tied everything together, and it was very satisfying. I would recommend all three books to anyone. Well done!
Also, Braedon and Trey at the winter dance: Things That Make You Go Awwwww.... so cute.
characters was handled well. The author kept your interest with good plot and
character development. There was a clear impression of relating to our main
hero, his friends, family and circumstances.
