How will I get my results?
After sending in your sample in our FDA cleared at home collection kit, or one of our licensed medical professionals collects your sample, your specimen will be sent to a CLIA certified lab and sent back to our medical department to review the results. If there are any critical issues, they will contact you and if not you will be sent an email with a code that you enter into your app and your results will automatically be linked to your personal healthcare record. This process approximately takes between 4-6 weeks.
