Phil is Founder and President of two successful companies in Southern California, Philip L. Liberatore, CPA and IRS Problem Solvers, Inc. He actively works with clients

on their accounting and tax issues, and has successfully helped thousands of clients across the United States resolve all types of IRS problems.

Phil is a major contributor to his community and is actively involved in many organizations and charities that are close to his heart. He is also a notable philanthropist. Phil has successfully built a small business empire, which has only increased his determination and desire to help others. Phil has a passion for people and helping them reach their full potential in life. He is a 1975 graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and received his Master of Business Administration in Finance in 1976.

Phil formed Philip L. Liberatore CPA, A Professional Corporation in 1988 and founded IRS Problem Solvers, Inc. in 1999.

Phil has a heart to help people in the area of their finances and as an ordained minister, he combines his professional expertise and understands how to extend counsel, biblical perspective and hope to those in need of financial guidance. This inspired him to write his first book in 2009, God Money and You. He has since authored, How to Solve All of Your Financial Problems, An Inside Look at the IRS, and most recently Discovering Your Edge for a Fruitful Life.

Phil treasures his time with his wife, Dana, whether it is at

home or traveling. They have two grown daughters and

reside in Whittier.
