This is the most beautiful toothbrush I've ever seen. The quality is excellent. The app is very helpful and easy to use. The toothbrush may be a little pricey, but you will definitely save on dental bills down the road.

I received my DiamondClean Smart toothbrush today. I attempted to set it up. It requires an account for the iPhone app to work. The set up seemed to be going fine, it saw which product I was using, so obviously the bluetooth connection was working. But when I attempted to put my password in, I got an error message saying it was the wrong password. I selected "reset password." I received an email with a link to reset the password. But when I clicked the link, and it took me back to the app, I got an error message saying it didn't recognize the reset code - try again. I did, four times. I attempted to set up a new account. But the app wouldn't allow me to do so because I already have an account with my email address. So I called Philips. I got a rep who seemed brain dead. He kept asking me to read the information on the bottom of the toothbrush. But the bottom has a silver, mirrored finish. if you look very closely you can see that there is information etched there - but it is unreadable. So he asked me to take a picture of it. It was then that I realized this guy had never seen this toothbrush before. He had me reinstall the software on my iPhone. He told me my bluetooth wasn't working (it recognized the toothbrush). I kept asking to speak to a senior tech who could help me but he refused to transfer me. When he told me that I needed to change the password for my email account, I decided to return the product. Even if this is the greatest toothbrush in the world, the fact that Philips would treat their customers this way made me rethink my purchase - and future Philips purchases as well. BTW, I have a new iPhone 7+. The phone definitely was not the problem.
