In all decisions the most fundamental truth ought to be one person one vote. If no vote weighs more than any other and major decisions are made this way (war, economy, education, the environment, etc.) changing the world should not need violence but be a civilized act among cultured and civilized people. That would be the hallmark of true civilization and culture. I am browsing the book and it deals with pertaining topics. Thanks for the quick delivery and service.
