However, they became bored with it within a couple days. Every level really feels the same. We have played through the first 3 and part of the 4th levels. Having to return to levels already played just to grab one more item that was previously inaccessible does not help the repetitive feel of the game. There just does not seem to be a real sense of accomplishment as you progress through the story. Each level looks much too similar the last and the back yard never seem to change (with the exception of unlocking a character and having them stand around). Even the Agent P storyline, which is the best part of the game, does not break up the monotony of the rest of the game enough to keep them interested.
The levels are laid out well, and the game play ranges from Platforming to riding a run-away mine kart into darkness.
The game is obviously geared towards kids and fans of the show, so it's not very difficult; at the same time, there is a lot of replay value. The graphics are cartoony, and matches the style of the show. The voice over sounds as though it's directly from the television series.
If you have a son or daughter, grandson or grand-daughter, niece or nephew that likes Phineas and Ferb, then this game is a must buy. It would no doubt make a nice birthday or Christmas present.
