This served the purpose to decorate my son's birthday cake. It seems to be holding up OK and of course my son loves the characters. Problems with the set are that some of the pieces that I didn't expect to be detachable actually are detachable, so we have missing parts. The characters can be positioned (arms and legs and such) which is fun, but it can be difficult to position them just so on the car, but it can be done and overall the quality of these toys seems high. My child certainly can put toys to the test and all of these (that aren't lost) are holding up nicely - not made of cheap plastic that cracks or breaks easily.

Kiddo loves Phineas and Ferb, but unfortunately the toy options are limited. These are what I'd call "happy-meal" grade toys for a lot of money. The plastic forms are cheap material, things aren't symmetrical, and aren't very durable; also LOTS of small and easily disconnected pieces to get lost.

The figurines are all he really plays with, and they're just a poly molded character, but even they haven't worn very well.

Purchased these to decorate a cake. This served two purposes.... decorate the cake and have toys afterwards. Lots of good repositionable character pieces and a car to boot. Agree with other reviews to the surprise detachable pieces. Pieces seem to be holding up well to the child’s tough play with these toys. If you kid loves these characters, this set won't disappoint!!!

The figures are cute and look the like character from the TV show. But the legs and arms are flimsy and easily breakable when you try to attach them to the car. My son loves playing the the toy. I would recommend to any one who likes the TV show. But be careful with the legs so they don't break.
