UPDATE : 1/2/14
Got a giftcard from Best Buy and so used it to buy 2x 64gb micro sd cards - lo and behold! they work in this adapter! Formatted in the psp, and I now have 118gb of storage! Sweet! :D
A simple device like such is able to combine two micro SD cards into one larger virtual memory card and this is what fascinates and magnifies the value of buying this adapter for your PlayStation Portable device.
As high as the market goes, you can get a PSP memory card Licensed from Sony at 32GB = $67
Now if you buy this adapter and a single 32GB micro memory card to insert into it you can get 32GB = $24
Let alone you are saving NEARLY 36% off because you’re using a different brand selection and memory storage method.
To top things off, you can confidently as I write this review; achieve 128GB of PSP memory storage which is not even on the market from Sony products by joining two 64 GB micro SD cards. The cost for this would nearly $88-$95 but even so, the potential of having so much storage on a PSP is available for the public!
While I haven't been able to experiment it yet, I have discovered that PSP can max out memory at 256GB. Mentioning that the public can achieve 128 GB on Psps as of now, I can only predict that once 128GB micro SD cards are released (Possible around 2014), will this adapter be able to provide two 128GB micro SD cards and give your PSP the limits it can achieve!
Last note about this device. Be sure to handle with care like all small objects. One of my friends accidentally cracked the plastic frame on one of these by simply being too rough with the handling process for his camera.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS:
*It can only be formatted and used in a device (Do not format or transfer data to it with computer's card reader).
ONE SOLUTION: Use your PSP and USB cord as your memory stick reader/connection rather than popping the card and putting it in a "drive" type reader.
*It is essentially a RAID device, so once you stick two cards in, they aren't hot-swappable (you'll have to reformat to use it after changing out a card).
*The micro SDs will have to be reformatted before use in another device (again, because it's a RAID).
Same as above, if you want to backup certain things then reformat, you can do so by using your PSP usb cable.
Finally, I'm not going to ever order a product from overseas again. This small little thing took well over a month to be shipped (for free) here. But I probably deserved it when I settle for "free". Lesson learned.
I also would not get more than 16 GB cards per slot.
I continued to look around and stumbled upon a few YouTube video posts about this product and how you can acquire huge memory for cheap compared to buying a Sony product.
The card works like it should. I bought two 32gb micro SD (Class 10) card and now have 59gb of memory available on my PSP3000.
You'd be a fool not to go this route.

This worked fine - for a week and a half. Then, suddenly, my PSP stopped recognising it. I never touched it or removed it, played it one day, fine, played it the next day, it's telling me there's nothing inserted in the MS slot and the light just keeps flashing at me.
Have tried formatting it, but nothing.
The card also was not the one shown in the picture - it was similar, but not the same. It didn't have "PhotoFast" written on it, and the micro SD card slots were white instead of black, and a different shape. After checking the link in another review I have to conclude that this is a fake one, which is probably why it doesn't work.
Also, the packaging was awful. It was just sent loose in a regular envelope, I'm surprised it didn't snap in half during transit as it's very flimsy. So obviously it wasn't even new (or the right product!) as the card is supposed to come packaged in a box.
I am trying another card to see if I get better results, as I really WOULD like to find an alternative to the incredibly overpriced Pro Duos. I'll update with whether it's any better and whether I'm actually sent the proper adapter. At least this was cheap so I didn't lose much.
On opening the package I was disappointed as the adapter is exactly like the one pictured at the very bottom of the manufacturer's site which they say is a fake (i.e. the microSD slot has the extra 'grove' rather then simply being a 'dome' shape). I decided to give it a go anyway.
On inserting both microSD cards the PSP only picked up one of them so only showed 7GB of storage. I then formatted each one by one (in the PSP) by inserting them one at a time into slot 1. When I put both microSD cards back in the adapter I then formatted again but still only 7GB of space showed. I then just formatted them over and over a few times (with both cards inserted) and after about 4-5 goes suddenly the PSP told me I have 14GB of space.
Since then it has worked fine. I have copied data to/from the adapter using both the USB cable attached to the PSP and using the Pro-Duo to SD adapter and both work absolutely fine. Data rate is 3.5-4.0 MB/s
So even though it's allegedly fake it works fine and overall I'm delighted as a 16GB Pro-Duo would cost over £30 but this whole package cost just over £10. Also this should be easily upgradable in the future by purchasing larger size microSD cards (which seem to be getting cheaper by the day).
Simply insert your micro SD cards into the adaptor, insert into PSP memory card slot, then format and your good to go. Really easy stuff.
I have not experienced the card 'popping' out of the PSP's memory card slot accidentally, nor has it stopped working in the last 1-1.5 years I've owned it.
Overall a really good product and coupled with x2 32Gb cards means you can store a whole lot of games/data on the PSP (if this is the device your using it in of course). You can buy this item with x2 16Gb cards for just over £20, which is great value for money.
EDIT: Over 3-3.5 years now, this is still going strong in my PSP and no issues with it at all since day 1. Magic.
have noticed that it takes a lil longer whenever reading anything from the card initially, but this may be a side-effect of having so much storage, rather than a fault/flaw with the adapter. it doesn't impact on video playback or gameplay at all, it;'s only when initally reading the card data.
also, i ended up formatting the card with my ps3, because of a semi-worrying message i got when trying to format via the psp directly....it kept saying "no memory card inserted" after formatting.....altho it had formatted the card, and created all the folders etc....so it probably would have worked exactly the same, but i choce to reformtat with my ps3 just to be safe :)
overall, this adapter is total genius idea...like i said, i now have 29.6gb on my psp all for under £30. loving it :)
