Top Customer Reviews

I purchased from Photosonix based on good reviews and talking with someone in sales who told me their equipment is the best available. As soon as I got my system I immediately noticed there were problems with the construction. I sent the unit in for warranty repair multiple times and every single time, Sean who handled the warranty, said the unit worked perfectly and insisted that there were no problems while they tested it. I told them there was a lot of white noise in the background and I was told that due to places where I live there would be some interference and yet other customers said they never had these problems. Most recently and Sean got upset and said I was just an unhappy customer and continued to verbally abuse me insisting all the problems were my fault.

After this last incident I requested a refund for the amount of the unit, not including shipping costs I had to pay to get the unit fixed. Sean informed me that the 30 day warranty expired and because I purchased it from an Amazon reseller they would not refund my money. I informed him I would need to file a Better Business Bureau complaint as well as post a negative review so that other customers like me would not be left in the position that I am in.

The software is cheap and only allows to increase the number of sessions. The headphones they supply are cheap and uncomfortable and definitely not worth what they charge. I have gathered over 50GB of brainwave entrainment and found that the built in sessions are pretty much garbage. Newer audio like Equisync, Hemi-Sync or Brain Sync products are much more effective for a much lower price. I would recommend MindPlace or Mind Alive products, which are fully tested and provide far better results.
