I've been taking these phytoceramides for 6 weeks now and I can truly say THEY WORK!! It took a few weeks to really see a difference but now my skin appears to be glowing and much smoother and tighter. I recently noticed that my face has a definite glow with no make-up on at all. My legs and arms are also smoother and more firm, very noticeable difference. An unexpected bonus seems to be that my skin has taken on a bit of a natural tan look and I have not been in the sun at all nor used any self tanner. I don't know if it's the fact that they are derived from sweet potatoes or not but if a high carrot consumption can give you a tannish look, why not sweet potatoes? Just a thought.

I have taken other brands of phytoceramides in the past and could tell no difference at all because they actually contained almost no phytoceramides at all, really only trace amounts and filler ingredients whereas this product contains ONLY phytoceramides and the highest concentration/dosage I've seen so I'm sure that's the reason they really work. As a 68 year old woman I am very pleased with this product and will continue to take it and I am excited to see if I have even more beneficial results as time goes by!

This was my first purchase from this company. Their email prompted me to review. I have since ordered other vitamins from them and plan to order more in the future. I do enjoy the sleek bottle design and how the pills actually fill up the entire bottle. It’s quite rare I’ve noticed.

I’ve taken this supplement for approximately 16 days now and I have noticed an improvement in skin hydration levels. It became apparent to me when my cheeks filled up, something that would happen when I am able to get adequate water intake. I think it took awhile for me to notice as I’ve not really had a great diet, nor have I been drinking the recommended daily water allowance.

I will update my review later on if there is a more apparent difference.

I began using phytoceramides for my aging skin several years ago. Ive used multiple brands and so far, this is my favorite. I have an arthritic reaction to magnesium stearate which is found in most supplements so must find products manufactured without it. This one qualifies. If I don’t take phytoceramides for a week or two, my face begins showing additional signs of aging but when I get back on track, those new signs fade away. I take it at bedtime thinking that the time when skin is in repair mode is the most efficient. From what I’ve seen on Amazon, this is the best value—and it works as well as those costing 2-4 times as much.
