The Pi Screw Terminal Breakout is the perfect way to connect to the power and signal pins on your Raspberry Pi. It breaks out all 40 pins of the GPIO header to easily accessible and secure screw terminal blocks with labels for each pin function. There’s even a prototyping area for adding circuits or ICs, like level shifters, debounce circuits, or LEDs for example.

A great board for anyone building a serious machine using a Raspberry Pi. A perfect choice once you're ready to move off that breakout breadboard but not quite ready for a custom PCB. It's sturdy. Well soldered. Even has a via for the camera ribbon cable and includes metal standoffs and screws. I love the angled terminals. Only minor complaint: I wish the sticker labels were more clear about labeling PWM and i2c ports, but this is only a minor gripe (there is only so much room on those tiny terminals for info...).

Indispensable for any Pi used for anything real. A few minor changes (to the case or the board) and it could almost fit in the standard case, which is my only real disappointment. You have to apply the stickers yourself, but that's no big issue.

Does exactly what I bought it for. Sometimes you have to apply what seems to be a lot of torque to get the wire to stay put and not wiggle loose, but if you use the right screwdriver it works fine. Using this device is far better than fooling around with plugging single wires onto the connector pins because you won't bend any pins, you won't short any pins together and, if you apply the label stickers properly, it is very easy to identify the pins.
