The author presents a lot of useful information on a plethora of issues like self-discovering yourself.
It pushes the reader to start identifying and learning from its past mistakes.
It urges the reader to take control of its life and through particular exercises and a many advice to be able to have and enjoy a fruitful and meaningful romantic relationship.
The amount of information in this book is mind-blowing. The language of the book is spartan and precise, but at the same time descriptional enough to drive home the point that author wants to bring on the table.
It was evident that the author pours her soul into this book. The experience of the writer is reflected in the advice she gives. Both personal and professional experience of the author is geared to help women to break the cycle of bad relationships.
The book is divided into two parts which are quite useful. The first part is most practical with questions to answer and list to make and the second part do have some exercises but its primarily solid advice from the author on how to do the things that will help you find not just any man but the man of your life.
Even that I am a guy a lot of the philosophies, the author mentions and the advice she gives were indeed helpful for me as well. Especially she helped me understand and see a little better a woman's mind and psyche.
I will definitely recommend this book to a number of my female friends and also definitely to my two daughters.
I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
