Great mouse so far. Feels nice in my hand, fantastic price for 7 buttons. They are all reprogrammable with the software from their site [...] The colors can also be controlled and turned off completely. Feels similar to my old Razer that I accidentally broke.

The mouse is fine, however the link to the software download is invalid. The site shows some SQL error, and I cannot get to the download page. Not everybody needs the software, but I'd like to adjust the lighting.
UPDATE:
The site works fine now, and I was able to download the software. It has a nice UI and is really easy to use. 5/5!

Works great and is an excellent price for an entry RGB gaming mouse. Couldn't be happier. Software was hard to find and download, but once it was working it works great.

This mouse was a great upgrade for me. It responds well and the design fits my hand comfortably for hours of game play.

This is a decent gaming mouse but is on the smaller side, wire is plastic and is harder to move
EDIT: The Picket team reached out to me and I was able to get a full refund plus a new mouse. The newer mouse works great and the customer service was the best I've ever seen.
