This arrived missing six screws. I alerted the company and asked for them to send screws. Several days went by and they failed to send the screws. I sent them a reminder and they sent screws and another complete set to compensate me for the aggravation. I felt that was above and beyond, but really appreciated the gesture. Oh, and I love the organizer! It was very quick and easy to put together once we had the screws, and it holds stuffed animals, toys, blocks, and books.

We put this together and in 30 seconds our infant was able to knock the entire thing over. It’s particle board so light and it is not wide enough to provide the proper support for its height. Also the bins are racked to close together so it’s difficult to get the bins out without pulling it over. Returning it because it’s not safe!
