I have a couple shirts that the bra straps shoe a little (don't we all?) and I decided to try these.
I was worried about using them-how hard to get on & adjust since they are behind your back. It's actually very easy. You slip the strap through the middle split and push it over to one of the holes. Reach behind your neck with it and slip the other in (easy to feel with your hand & get in), then just push the clip down your back a little further. That's it.
Now, if your bra is really tight or stiff or you have trouble with moving your arms behind your neck, you may need help. I used them many times on a tight sports bra and regular bra with no help needed.
It's not uncomfortable and I barely notice it's on there. Occasionally it will slip upwards and need to be pushed back into place if you are doing a lot of movement.
